Inner diameter for the range of the Auto Column is 450mm to 800mm and the material used for production is cast acrylic. The maximum operating pressure is 0.5MPa (5bar). On the top and bottom of the column there are valves that have port for slurry or mobile phase.

Auto Column
The Auto Column series is a standard platform that comes in combination with an Auto Packing Station. Adapter height can be controlled by the motors present in packing station allowing the user to achieve variable height by compression of the resin bed. The contemporary design of the Auto Column series includes a slurry valve to optimize packing and unpacking of the resin. The novel arm mechanism makes It possible to slide out to smooth the column tube with a little human power in turn easing the handling during maintenance.

Auto Packing Stations
Auto Packing Station performs the packing and unpacking of column and controls the Auto Column. The slurry inlet/outlet valve on the Auto Column is air driven and is controlled from Auto Packing Station. The Packing station contains a motor which controls the height of the adapter. It also consists of pneumatic diaphragm pump and pneumatic valves which control the packing and unpacking. There is a touch panel at the top of the station which controls the operations woth ease.

Easy Column
The Easy Column has five different size from inner diameter ranging from 100mm to 450mm, therefore it can provide a column for application from small-scale experiments to manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals. The Easy Column adopts a simple structure; The O-ring of the adapter has a new lever assembly which ads ease of application, and the height adjustment of the adapter can be performed with the use of a single screw.

The maximum operating pressure is 0.3 to 0.5MPa (3 to 5bar). Wetted material is electrolytic polished stainless steel 316L and FDA CFR21 Part177 certificated plastic PP, EPDM, PEEK and Acrylic. Bed supports are made by mesh of stainless steel 316L.
